Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.

If you need assistance with an order, contact us as soon as possible after purchase.


Shipping Issues

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Sizing

Please review all sizing charts carefully before ordering. Because items are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for sizing issues.
