Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-volume drops, holidays, or special releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

United States

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after shipment.

International Orders

Estimated delivery time: 10–25 business days after shipment depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

7KLVB Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at support@7klvb.com before your order ships. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.


International Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on their country’s regulations. These charges are not controlled by 7KLVB Apparel and are the responsibility of the customer.
